The TOBY Awards Committee has extended the submission deadline for all 2022 TOBY Award candidates. The new deadline is September 30th, 2021 and you can begin the process by submitting your application.  The TOBY Awards Program is s the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in commercial buildings and rewarding excellence in building management.

Also, the Submission Process has been significantly streamlined and is so much easier to use! Gone are the days of themed submissions, day long on-site judging and packets to create and hand out.

You now will complete the submission forms via an online portal, creating ease of use and built-in workflow. Divide and conquer with you team in this new, easy to use process.

And of course BOMA Orange County offers the most comprehensive TOBY Workshops in the country as well as a One-On-One Mentorship program.
