Governor Newsom has signed an executive order allowing local jurisdictions to continue their eviction moratoriums that were set to end on June 30. Executive order N-08-21 is an extension of the timeframe for protections already established in previous orders. This executive order extension is set to expire on September 30, 2021.

Los Angeles County’s commercial eviction ban is set to expire on September 30, 2021.
