Committee Mission Statement:

The purpose of the Emerging Professionals Committee is to support and advance the next generation of commercial real estate professionals by fostering professional growth, peer-to-peer connection, and leadership development within BOMA Orange County. The committee creates opportunities for education, networking, and industry exposure, while strengthening engagement with the association and building a pipeline of future leaders. The Emerging Professionals Committee is open to Principal members who are early in their commercial real estate careers and seeking to deepen their involvement in the industry and the association.
