We offer three membership categories designed to serve professionals and companies across the commercial real estate industry.

Principal Member

For professionals whose companies own, manage, develop, or lease commercial real estate.

Annual Dues
$850 per representative

Payment Options

BOMA Orange County PAC
A suggested $35 contribution supports advocacy efforts on behalf of the commercial real estate industry.

Emerging Professional Member

For property managers and building management professionals in their first five years of experience in commercial real estate, regardless of age.

This membership category offers discounted dues, tailored programming, and early-career leadership development opportunities.

Important

Service providers and vendors are not eligible for this category and must apply for Allied Membership using the form on this page.

Annual Dues Based on Experience

  • 1–3 years: $100
  • 4–5 years: $325
  • 6+ years: $850
    (Automatically transitions to full Principal Member dues)

Allied Member

For companies that provide products or services to the commercial real estate industry.

Annual Dues
$1,350 (includes three representatives)

Additional Representatives
$500 per additional representative

To maintain an appropriate balance between membership categories, there is currently a 15–18 month waitlist for Allied Membership.

Notice

Per the Revenue Reconciliation Act of 1993, 14.84% of your BOMA dues are not deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Contributions to the BOMA Orange County PAC are not tax deductible. BOMA Orange County recommends consulting your tax advisor.
